The Right Weight Loss Program For You
Weight loss should be a paramount concern for all of us. And though many are into it today, few arrive at their targeted destination. What's the secret to weight loss?

ENJOYMENT RATHER THAN PUNISHMENT

It's often not about the kind of workout or weight loss supplement, though these are vital. It's often the attitude of the mind and heart. And most times, the heart and mind don't agree on the concept of discipline in weight loss or slimming. Sometimes the mind wants punishment while the heart wants enjoyment.

The secret to a sustained weight loss that lasts a lifetime is enjoyment. Punishment (taking on a difficult and rigid weight loss program) does produce instant results, like pumping iron and strenuous treadmill exercises, but they often last a short time. Some people manage to keep up with them, but the rest don't. We have to remember that enjoyment of a thing makes us stick to it. Punishment makes us abhorrent to it, if not now, then soon. It's a universal principle. be sure to enjoy what you're doing.

SIMPLIFY! SIMPLIFY!

Joining a gym and doing those complicated stuffs there may bring glamor, but glamor won't make us lose weight. Persistence will. And we're talking of doing it a lifetime when we say "persistence." Not just 10 or 20 years. To keep up with a program it must be a simple one. Brisk walking coupled by weight loss supplements is a program easily sustainable and enjoyed. You can easily bring it with you even through old age.

Some say no pain no gain. That's the traditional concept of working out. The growing trend today is no joy no gain. Some could not reconcile the idea of discipline with joy. They think discipline ought to be rigidly cruel. A simple workout can also produce discipline that results to progress in weight loss and fitness, at the same time that it is enjoyed. It is all a matter of imagination, and making heart and mind one in targeting the same goal.

I LOVE THIS SITE!!! And I love this format even better. I've been coming to this site since it started. It has all the latest tips and infos on anything healthy. It's like doing my "window shopping" in one roof. You should call it the Health Mall.
